This year’s been particularly rough to highlight my age and how long I’ve been in this business. So many babies from my early days seem to be *almost* all grown up. If it wasn’t one of the coolest parts of this job I’d be depressed.

Finally, this girl gets her own full post with so many of her awesome photos. Her shoot started with pouring ran that we waited out in the softball dugouts. Once the rain stopped we hit the ground running despite some heavy lingering clouds, but luckily no more inclement weather got in our way. She brought the sunshine all by herself.

Here she is! ✨Layn✨ and she was wonderful. She pooped and peed on nothing, very rare folks. (I was hoping Avery was going to be inducted into the Hall of Poo Shame, but she spared him. Lucky.)

Avery + Logan prepping for Parenting 101. (Course subject, aka Layn, coming in the next post.) They were the last outdoor session of 2025 and were INCREDIBLY patient while I navigated the Christmas rush. Now their maternity session can finally get some much deserved love.

Why is it that when I haven’t posted for a while, it’s almost crippling to rip the stitches? Just me? I hope not.
Anyway, I’ve had several inquiries lately about booking 2026 sessions. February 1st! Mark it on your calendar, set a notification, message me to get on my list, or write a note. It all works. Class of 2026 was pretty epic so let’s keep the momentum going!
PS. It’s a damn shame I haven’t been sharing all the kick ass people I’ve photographed last season. Changing that next week.
